  Some home repairs involve plumbing or electrical work that requires a properly licensed professional. Sage Renovations can coordinate those trades when necessary while taking care of the related carpentry, drywall, tile, trim, painting, and finish work surrounding the repair.

Minimum Service Commitment

Our Home Repairs & Small Projects service is designed for homeowners who have a list of items they would like addressed during a scheduled visit. Because we reserve dedicated time for each customer, a minimum service charge applies to all home repair and small projects.

We encourage you to put together a list of repairs, maintenance items, and small projects so we can make the most of the time reserved for your home. Pricing and the scope of work will be reviewed with you during your scheduled initial visit.
