This project transformed a cluttered garage into a relaxing living space that now adds real value to the home. With a recent addition to the left and the main house to the right, the garage previously served mainly as a passage between structures. We opened the entrances to the main house and to the yard, creating welcoming access to a newly completed area that features a half bath, a mini bar, oak floors, a ship-lap ceiling, and a striking picture window where the overhead door once stood. The result is a functional, stylish living area that feels seamlessly connected to both the indoors and the outdoors. A perfect example of repurposing unused space.
