In this newly constructed home, we transformed the basement footprint into a functional, multi-use lower level. We designed a dedicated mechanical room and storage room, two workspaces, and a comfortable lounge area for watching TV and entertaining guests. The project was capped off with the installation of an 8' Brunswick pool table, adding a special touch which elevates the space.
